Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Bugo devices work with any standard electrical outlet (100-240V) and are compatible with outlets globally.

How much does shipping cost?

Free worldwide shipping on orders over $79. Orders under $79 ship for a flat rate of $14.99.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After that, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States & Canada: 5-8 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7-12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-14 business days
  • Asia & Middle East: 10-14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10-18 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, holidays, or unforeseen delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local carriers.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.

My tracking isn't updating. What should I do?

Don't worry — tracking can sometimes take a few days to update, especially for international shipments. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, contact us at hello@bugotech.co and we'll investigate immediately.

Do I need to pay customs or import duties?

Depending on your country, your order may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking your country's customs policies before ordering.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at hello@bugotech.co with your order number
  • For damaged items, include photos of the packaging and product
  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
