At Bugo Tech, we stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns simple and hassle-free.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order. If Bugo doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return and refund:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The product should be in reasonable condition (normal use is fine)
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@bugotech.co with your order number and reason for the return
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable)
  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
  4. Receive your refund within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company
  • If your order qualified for free shipping (orders over $79), no shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. For orders where $14.99 shipping was paid, this amount is non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Bugo device arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately at hello@bugotech.co
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
  • You do not need to return the damaged item

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Order Modifications

Need to change your order? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once an order has shipped, modifications cannot be made.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company — processing times vary
  3. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@bugotech.co
